-发送邮件前请仔细检查,避免拼写/称呼/附件遗漏/收件人邮箱等低级错误
-邮件措辞尽量客气礼貌,避免强硬的要求,比如:you have to / must / need to,多用请求类语句could you please…/ may i have…/ i’d love to…
-发邮件的时间注意选择工作日的工作时间,如果有时差设置定时发送
-使用专业的邮箱地址,比如给prof发邮件尽量使用学校edu邮箱
